SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are free within Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the United States.

Due to their different size and nature,
Products are shipped in multiple packages. This allows us to ensure that your order arrives safely and with optimal protection.

If the item is reshipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the full shipping costs of CHF 9.90.

Note: Please check your delivery address carefully, as typos and incomplete address information are the most common cause of delivery problems and delays.

DELIVERY TIME

After receipt of payment, we will process your order as quickly as possible and ship it to the address you provided.

Your order should normally arrive within 3 to 21 working days.

Please note that high order volumes may result in delays. We ask for your understanding.

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible after receipt of payment and shipped with DHL or the best possible shipping service provider.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
